Cancellation, return, and exchange under made-to-order model

daredemoshop operates on a made-to-order model. Cancellation before shipment is fully refundable even for a change of mind, but post-shipment returns and exchanges are limited to defective or wrong items.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment (change of mind allowed)
From order confirmation through immediately before shipping preparation, you may cancel even for a simple change of mind. Refunds to credit cards typically take 3–10 business days.
2. Cancellation After Production Starts
If the creator has already begun production, only a partial refund (~50%) is possible. The claim is processed in consultation with the creator.
3. Returns & Exchanges After Shipment
Limited to defects, wrong items, and shortages. Apply within 7 days of delivery via the claim flow with photo evidence. Operations review within 3 business days.
4. Digital Items
Before download — cancellation/refund allowed. After download — no refund. We re-issue files in case of file defects.
5. Per-Creator Policy
Returns for change of mind after shipment are at the creator's discretion. Check the creator policy on the product detail page.
