2. Purpose of Use

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes. (1) Member management, identity verification, and provision of services (2) Product shipping, payment processing, returns and exchanges (3) Inquiry and customer support (4) Response to violations of the Terms or this Policy (5) Statistical analysis for service improvement and new feature development (in non-identifiable form) (6) Marketing and campaign communications (only with prior consent) (7) Legal compliance

3. Provision to Third Parties (Scope of Consent)

Except where required by law or under business outsourcing as described in Section 4 of this Policy, we do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent. When products are purchased, the buyer's name, address, and phone number are provided to the Creator for shipping (within the scope of consent for collection and use of personal information). For payment processing, payment information is provided to payment processors (we do not retain card numbers ourselves).

4. Business Outsourcing (Use of External Services)

We may outsource the following operations. (1) Shipping: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, etc. (2) Payment processing: payment processors (credit card companies, LINE Pay, PayPay, etc.) (3) Cloud infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (US/global), Supabase Inc. (Singapore) (4) Access analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) We contractually require outsourcees to handle personal information appropriately and exercise necessary supervision.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

In connection with the cloud infrastructure and analytics services described in Section 4 above, your personal information may be transferred to the United States and Singapore. Recipient providers comply with the personal information protection laws of their respective jurisdictions, and we contractually ensure protection equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. 6. Management of Personal Information (Safety Measures)

We implement the following safety measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information held by the Company. Persons under 15 may not use the Service. Persons aged 15 or older but under 18 must obtain parental consent before use. Creator (seller) registration is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
