Withdrawal Terms

1. Withdrawal Procedure

Members may withdraw at any time from My Page > "Withdraw". Withdrawal requests are accepted at the time of submission and reflected immediately. Re-registration with the same email address may be restricted for a certain period (30 days) after withdrawal.

2. Handling of Information After Withdrawal

After withdrawal, member information is handled in accordance with this Policy and the Privacy Policy. (1) Member registration information: retained for 1 year after withdrawal, then securely deleted (2) Transaction history and payment records: retained for the period required by law (up to 7 years) (3) Access logs: retained for up to 1 year Once deleted, the information cannot be restored.

3. Restrictions at Time of Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests may be held in the following cases. (1) An order is in progress (item not yet received, return in process, etc.) (2) Outstanding payments (3) Incomplete transactions for listed items (Creators) Please re-submit the withdrawal request after the relevant procedures are complete.

4. Special Provisions for Creator (Seller) Withdrawal

Members registered as Creators must suspend all listed items before withdrawing. For items already ordered but not yet shipped, withdrawal may proceed after shipping and payment processing are complete. Responsibilities relating to past transactions (warranty, tax filings, etc.) remain with the Creator after withdrawal.

5. Handling of Points and Coupons

All points and coupons held at the time of withdrawal will expire. Expired points and coupons cannot be restored or refunded. Past points and coupons are not restored upon re-registration.

6. Re-Registration

Withdrawn users may re-register. However, past transaction history, points, coupons, favorites, follows, etc. will not be restored. Users forcibly withdrawn for violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy may be denied re-registration.
